PURPOSE
1. Provide training and certification of the GoKids Youth Sports™ program to parents, elementary school teachers, recreational coaches, and youth club coaches. 2. Provide sports skills training, clinics, and camps for kids and youth ages 7 and under (Level 1) and ages 8 and up (Level 2). GoKids Youth Sports™ (GKYS) was created and founded by 5X Hall of Famer Ruth N. Nelson, who has over 56+ years of experience in volleyball. She has emphasized training kids and youth 12 and under over the past 25 years. She has also created an instructor/trainer certification for the Bring Your Own Parent (BYOP®) Program, working with children ages 10 and under and their parents. LEVEL 3: 5 YEAR Certification (Tactical and Strategic preparing for competition, as well as organizing an 8-week program with on-court experience with kidz ages 12 and under)
All details and requirements will be available on 12/1/2026. You are required to have an active Level 2 certification as well as a PD VIP membership as part of the Level 3 requirements.

Complete and pay the non-refundable application fee and make a full payment online for the certification course, receive your discount for VIP RNN Sports Gym™ membership status (first year only), take online BYOP® 101 and HTPS™ courses utilizing the VIP discount code, and email both online course completion certificates to [email protected] prior to the certification course event. A signed participant waiver and photo release must be on file with brvc, LLC, as well as signing an NDA and end-user website agreement .

A minimum of 10-12 teachers, coaches, or parents is required to host the GKYS™ certification. The host is also responsible for covering all travel expenses for the GKYS™ Trainer. Please coordinate with the trainer to schedule a time that is convenient for both of you. Additionally, the host must provide access to a gym and a classroom, as well as 8–12 kidz (ages 10 and under) for the training session. An agreement outlining all the host's responsibilities must be signed at least 90 days before the event. (Minimum number of coaches may vary if hosting a Level 2 & Level 3 together)

STEP 2: Make non-refundable application fee and full payment online by clicking the payment link (select level of certification)
Attention: You must make FULL payment in order to receive a discount on RNN Sports Gym™ VIP membership link. Only 8-20 coaches will be accepted for this specific certification course.
STEP 3: You will receive an email from RNN Sports Gym™ asking you to complete your website registration for your one-year discounted VIP Membership by adding your email and creating a username and password (www.rnnsportsgym.com)
STEP 4: Once you are registered, go to the VIP court or designated court level, then select the Discounts tab. You will receive a promotional discount when registering for both online courses that are part of your certification requirements. You will need to register for BOTH courses at the same time to get your discount and complete both online courses (BYOP® 101 and Home Training Program Series™ powered by Art of Coaching) 45 days before taking the online provisional course or in-person course. Once you have completed both courses, download the BYOP® 101 and Home Training Program Series™ certificates and email them to [email protected].

STEP 6: You will receive final confirmation from brvc, LLC Founder Ruth N. Nelson ([email protected]) once we have received the application and fee, waivers (2 or 3), full payment, and certificates of completion for online courses (2). Any final changes in the schedule will be emailed to the email that you have submitted on your application.
